Our Story

We started Nourish because we were tired of choosing between healthy and convenient

In 2022, two Denver friends kept having the same conversation: why does eating well have to be so hard? Between grocery runs, meal prep, and cleanup, healthy eating felt like a second job. So we quit our day jobs and built Nourish.

Our Partners

The farms behind our food

Every ingredient from Colorado farms within 100 miles. We visit our partner farms monthly, building real relationships with the people who grow your food.

Our partnerships mean seasonal menus that celebrate what's freshest, support Colorado agriculture, and reduce our carbon footprint. When tomatoes are at peak season in Pueblo, you'll taste them. When Palisade peaches are ripe, they're in your bowl.

Monroe Organic Farm

Brighton, CO — 28 miles

Seasonal vegetables, leafy greens, and herbs. Third-generation family farm practicing regenerative agriculture since 1987.

Red Hawk Ranch

Elizabeth, CO — 52 miles

Grass-fed beef and free-range poultry. Certified humane, pasture-raised on 800 acres of Colorado prairie.

Palisade Valley Growers

Palisade, CO — 95 miles

Stone fruits, tomatoes, and specialty produce. Family cooperative of 6 farms on Colorado's Western Slope.

Sustainability

Good food, lighter footprint

100% compostable containers

Every container, lid, and bag is fully compostable. No plastic touches your food, and nothing goes to landfill.

Local sourcing, 100 miles
